Questions, answered
Does it hurt?
It's made to buff the hard, dry layer on top. Keep it moving with light pressure, and stop once a spot feels smooth, or sooner if it feels sore or warm, and skip any open cracks.
Will it get through really thick heels?
Yes, a little at a time. Fit the coarse roller, pick the higher speed and keep it moving. Spread very thick patches over a few short sessions instead of one long one, then switch to the medium roller and lower speed to finish.
Should my feet be wet or dry?
Dry. Use it on clean, dry feet. The body isn't waterproof, so keep it away from the bath and shower.
How often can I use it?
Short sessions work best. Start once a week and see how your feet feel; there's no need to file the same spot every day.
How do I charge it?
It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so it runs cordless. Charge it fully before the first use.
How do I clean it?
Brush off the skin dust, then take the roller out and rinse it under the tap. Let it dry fully before you fit it back.
Good to know before you use it
The roller is abrasive: keep it moving with light pressure, and stop if skin feels sore or warm.
Don't use on broken skin, cuts or open cracks.
Not waterproof: keep the body away from water and use it on dry feet.
