Does it actually do anything?
It shines soft LED light over your face in the colour you pick (red, blue, green and more) for about ten minutes. It gives light, not heat. What you'll notice is a calm, glowing ten minutes with your eyes closed. We don't make skin claims: it's a ritual, not a treatment.
Is the light too bright for my eyes?
Keep your eyes closed while it's lit and don't stare into the LEDs. With your eyes closed you'll still see a soft wash of colour. If bright light bothers you, or you take medicine that makes you light-sensitive, skip this one.
Is it heavy or uncomfortable to wear?
No. It's about 290 g on an adjustable strap, with openings so it doesn't press on your eyes. It's one size (about 24 × 19 cm) and fits most adult faces. Lying back on a sofa or bed is the comfiest way to use it.
Is it like the pricier LED masks?
It's the same simple idea: a cordless mask with LEDs inside that you wear for about ten minutes. Ours keeps it easy, with seven colours, one button and no app, and we don't make skin claims for it.
How do I charge it?
With the USB cable in the box, in about 1–3 hours. Nothing is plugged in while you wear it, so you can lie back on the sofa or in bed. Top it up between sessions, like your phone.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry. Don't rinse it or put it in water.
Good to know before you use it
