How long does delivery take?

Usually 7–12 business days. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and your tracking link arrives by email.

How much is shipping?

A flat $4.99, or free on orders over $35. Every order ships with tracking.

Do you ship to my country?

Enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver there, and the cost, before you pay.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Email printersnatasha@gmail.com with your order number to start.

Are the tools rechargeable?

Most powered tools charge by USB; a few run on batteries. Each product page lists how it charges and what's in the box.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payment is encrypted, and your card number is never shared with us.
